"Top guy", lots of people saying nice things about him in his recommendations. His numbers are good. He mentors the younger folk with this tactic, that play or you should try this.   But then he gets ill, and he doesn't put his OOO on but instead refreshes his inbox every 23 minutes or so to see if there's anything in there. "I can't relax". That's the exact thing that got him the results?   It ruins date night. It ruins movie night. It ruins time with the family. But he's the top guy? He's ferocious, got work ethic, confident, high performer, wired and "he doesn't need 8 hours sleep".   So what should he do? - Read the stoics? - Go to Thailand? - God? - Meditation? - Therapist? - ADHD meds? - Magic mushrooms? - A sport? A club? - A good night's sleep? - Advil? - To power on? - A hug? - Some love? - Reframe? - New philosophy? - How? What do I do? Why?  - … On my own? But I need help?
