A client shared a Munger clip with Rick and Rick shared it with me. We discussed it. and it made me Think think. Not just think.
 
When I shared my thoughts with Rick, he commented. We combined his thoughts with mine and share them with you here for your use and/or enjoyment.
 
We believe we can create a one of a kind movement: that challenges what sales leaders and VCs are using technology and AI to do to “salespeople”. 75% of salespeople may be OK with being mindless drones, but the top 25% will carry companies on their backs despite the challenges. Those are our people. It's not that sales leaders and VCs are bad people. They're just trying to get ahead, get rich, get famous. They can do that with mediocre salespeople..
 
A one of a kind movement:
  • Where buyers work with our people and introduce them to other prospects because they know and trust the quality and value of humans in business. “The mindset of JUNTO”.
  • Where other members give that “little chin up acknowledgment” knowing that if you are here, you are here to achieve something special. We over-help you get there.
... On “something special”, let me goad you, for you:
  • What do you want to achieve? By when? Have you written it down, signed it? Told your Mum?
  • Why is achieving IT your version of heaven? Why why why?
  • Why is not achieving IT your version of hell? Why why why?
To get breakthrough results and growth, we must be dissatisfied with the status quo. Those that are happy with the status quo, will inevitably have a lukewarm experience and dilute it for others. 
 
Lukewarm is good for some but not for us nor people that we hang with. "Lukewarm" is not Junto.
