Happy April 1st!
I met Elliott Boll. We spoke a couple of times and agreed to work together a few days later. As always, we started with his sales evaluation on 2/4/23. When our engagement ended, our relationship did not and we've interacted several times since. (Not unusual. I still interact with clients from almost 20 years ago.) A few weeks ago, Elliott mentioned that he had read Ben Franklin's autobiography several times and asked me if I had ever heard about his Junto. I Googled it and as it turned out, I hadn't, but without knowing the word, I'd had several very positive experiences being part of juntos during my career.
Elliott had an idea.
"What if there was a Junto of salespeople that had a similar way of selling and wanted to share best practices?"
As I mentioned, Juntos have been good to me. So, I agreed to help get it going. We had our first meeting last week. This was one of the topics. This week is full, but if you're in sales as an individual contributor and
This might be fun for you. If you'd like to ask questions or attend a meeting of our Junto,
We'll make it happen.
BTW, if you know a salesperson that fits the bill, feel free to share this post with them.
