There’s endless information out there. You can YouTube, podcast, or book yourself to death. In sales, it’s worse. Every rep, manager, and new training program is forced on you too.
After years in sales performance, I’ve seen the same pattern. Most are content, some are stuck, and a few want real change. Those few want to become Rainmakers. That’s who I focus on.
