(6 STEPS) How To Test If a Person Is High Potential

1: SEPARATE BASED ON WILL: email all of your people with a growth opportunity that is OPT-IN. Create list of those that OPTED-IN and those that didn’t. 

2: ASSESS EACH PERSON: register here to send each of your people that OPTED-IN to a situational assessment of their 21 core selling competencies (includes Will, Beliefs and Skills). Benchmarked against 2 million sets of data points.

3: REVIEW THE FINDINGS: schedule a consultation to discuss the insights from the 100 questions that your people answered to determine YES, NO and MAYBEs.

4: NEXT: hold 15 minute interviews with YES, NO and MAYBEs to determine each individual's thoughts on the questions and whether or not those thoughts have led to wondering about potential. 

5: DETERMINE COHORT: Identify which if any applicants are outstanding candidates for high growth..

5.5: Determine, under what growth results, company would be willing to reimburse individual reps if they paid for and completed our special 1Q26 Sales RainMaker High Growth Development Program. 

6: BABY STEPS: If we, your company and the candidate(s) agree to proceed, individual pays for 6 weeks and agrees to be coached 1:1 several times per week for 6 weeks. At the end of 6 weeks, they will opt out or agree to 6 more weeks of coaching on a pay for performance basis.
