Delete Your Coach?

I got asked by a client who is a SaaS CEO:

"Have you ever considered creating an AI version of you and Rick?"

The morning before... funny timing... my Dad told me about an Executive Coach "Bot" he built.

......... "Good then I just didn't wanna talk to it".

Then a customer called up about a deal that would change their career.

It would make them the hero or the has-been.

And I caught myself thinking: can one trust AI with their career or their life?

Then another person had time with me and Rick, brought it up again:

"You've got 1,000s of transcripts, blogs, emails"

"It would be so easy"

"I spoke to NAME and they'd love it too"

So, why not do it? Our mission is simple:

"Help 1,000 frustrated salespeople awaken to reject mediocrity, decide to change their lives and go for greatness.

Stop being “just a sales rep” and become Rainmakers who care, over-deliver and develop client evangelists.

All whilst having fun and changing their world!"

That mission does not happen through convenience, picking up tricks, talk-tracks, scripts etc.

The key word is "become"...

- Can something with no heart or spirit help you become?

- Has AI ever cared about you or shown you how to care?

- Maybe coaching isn't about giving you the answers, but the space to find the glory inside you?

- Do you have more fun with algorithms or with humans?

- Doesn't giving you "the answer" steal from you the potential to change your life?
