Did you learn anything? Did you teach anything?

How many new people did you meet? Stay in touch with?

Did you work with more customers this year than last?

Were more of them happy with you than last year?

Did you take more time off than last year?

What was your #1 struggle last year? Did you have a different #1 this year? Did you fix them?
