Now, I'm not gonna tell you how I did it because I didn't. He wanted it and asked for help. So, the first thing I did was find out where he needed help by comparing his Sales Core Competencies to the rest of the world. You can check your team's competencies here.

Then we started talking almost every day about a call that he had or a call that he had scheduled. Debriefing and strategizing. Developing the skill(s) necessary for that call and understanding what piece of Sales DNA was at play.

If you compare % of attributes before with after, you'll notice that every one increased.

Notice that his ability to control his emotions is the same, but he got better everywhere else.

It's not guesswork. It's science. It's understanding the data. What's there and what's in play on this call.
