Sales Awareness

Awareness is a two way street. Are you aware of patterns, idiosynchrosies of the person in front of you?

I was on a coaching call recently and every time my client realized that they understood my point, they said, "Got it!"

I was talking with a CEO recently and he mentioned that various people had a high IQ several times during our conversation.

Do you notice defensive words or posture?

Do you notice changes in posture, demeanor, tonality, or attitude?

Are you aware of your own patterns or idiosynchrosies?

Are you aware of the ums, ers, uhs or other 'space fillers' in your speech?

Is there a 'trigger event' that makes you take a sip of your water?

Can you make yourself sweat or stop sweating?

Do any of these questions matter?
