Two Months Later...

Exactly two months ago, I shared this article. What has happened since? Where are we going? Why? What's in it for you?

So far, we've had over 50 visitors and have a dozen that appear to be regular.

We've been inviting 2-3 RainMaker successes to most Junto meetings to 'witness'.

We started with one meeting/week and currently offer two day/times per week to keep the meeting size manageable.

Last week we had 17 attendees at the Juntos.

We've been using email to follow up, share resources, feedback received, thoughts, and ask questions. That has stopped and will be replaced by posting updates to this blog. (Feel free to subscribe if you aren't already.)

A few weeks ago, Elliott published, Shared by a client...

Yesterday, 4 of the 50 were invited to and joined the RainMaker Sales Cohort.

Yesterday, he sent this email.

The link goes to SIX PAGES of suggestions!

Not today.

So, Elliott's all-in. Rick's all-in for 6 months.

Here's what you'll see over the next 6 months (if you keep watching).

  • Answers to all of Elliott's six pages of questions.
  • Regular updates, on weekly Junto sessions along with attendees comments and lessons learned.
  • Another 950 new visitors to Junto that have been invited by attendees.

One more thing: Ben Franklin started his Junto in 1743. It became the American Philosophical Society. Members have to be invited, like our Junto. They need to be open to conversation and learning, like our Junto. There is no charge for membership, like our Junto.
