I forgot to mention that one of the first things that I do with a client when I work with them is look at the opportunities that they've missed over the past year. We can always turn one of them into a customer.

Greg Brown is one of the Sales Rock Stars over at Hubspot. One of the great things about hanging around with rock stars is that they ask much better questions about much more important stuff. I was having a conversation with a consultant today about stuff and he said, "I went looking for your services page today and I couldn't find it. Can you point me in the right direction?" I replied, "Huh?" He said, "Yeah! You know, what you do for your clients. How you help them. What your services are. I've been thinking that I need to start thinking about that. So, I went looking for the page."
